Ramadan Deployment to help Palistinans and Syrians  £100K needed

Assalaam alaikum / Hello everyone

InshaAllah, I will be taking part in a deployment with SKT Welfare UK again between 14th -22nd February giving out food parcels and hygiene packs to those most in need and living in difficult circumstances in the midst of winter. 

We will start with Palestinian camps in Jordan and then make our way to Syria. The media may have stopped coverage but the problems and suffering continues for millions. 

The generosity shown by so many people in the past years has humbled me and I sincerely hope you will continue to support this cause. I am asking business owners to give as much as possible through their companies. 

In past years a number of you have requested that your donations go only towards Palestinian refugees, this is possible if you let me know at the earliest opportunity. 

This year each food parcel will cost £55 and will consist of food essentials for a family of four, hygiene pack and fresh fruit and dates. 

100% donation policy. Sadaqah / Zakat applicable. Please do your calculations a little earlier if you can. 

If you would like to make a pledge at this stage and funds will follow in the January that would be helpful, as we must confirm total numbers  to allow SKT Welfare to tender, buy and package which requires at least one months notice.
