Assalamu'alaikum
This Ramadan, I am raising funds for an orphan sponsorship at the Springs of Hope Family Centre in Reyhanli, Turkey.
At the Springs of Hope Family Centre, the children have everything they need. They receive three home-cooked nutritious meals everyday, new clothes, access to quality health, dental and eyecare, have spaces to study and learn, as well as spaces to play and relax. Orphan children are also able to attend our Qur’an school nearby where they can read, learn and memorize the Qur’an and the Arabic language, as well as receive education on etiquettes, seerah and Islamic history. For many vulnerable orphans in Syria, this is a great way for them to stay connected to their own roots and heritage.
Our Springs of Hope Centre is a fully equipped, inclusive home for orphans, as well as widows, that provides refugees in need with complete care and a safe, loving home. At the Centre, orphaned children have the opportunity to socialise with each other, gain a formal and Islamic education, attend counselling sessions to process and cope with the immense trauma they have experienced, and all in all experience the childhood that was once taken away from them.
I’m raising funds for SKT Welfare because I really care about the great work they’re doing to alleviate poverty and suffering around the globe.
SKT work with marginalised and vulnerable communities including with orphans and widows to help them build better futures. With their 100% donation policy, you can rest assured that every penny of your donation will go directly to those who need it most.
Love cath.
A very worthy cause. Hope this helps a little in taking care of the children.
السلام رحمة وبركات الله عليكم
may Allah make these donations of good use
Ameen
Our 100% Donation Policy means that every penny you donate is used in the delivery of humanitarian projects and directly related costs. Indirect and administrative costs are covered by either direct donations themselves or by using Gift Aid.
