PART 4 – DONATION AND REFUND POLICY

4.1 When making a donation by payment card, you must be the authorised cardholder and have sufficient funds and permission to make the donation.

4.2 In accordance with charity law, donations are generally non-refundable except in limited circumstances, including where an error has occurred on our part. For further guidance, please refer to the Charities Act 2011.

4.3 We will consider requests for refunds of duplicate donations made in error (excluding the original intended donation).
