The total cost is £91k for a water system & water supply for an entire village which will supply clean water for 50+ years to 250 homes, a mosque and madrassa, a school, and a local SKT hospital.
With your support, we will drill a 600m deep well. This will also include an electric motor which will pump water from the ground into a large tank which has a capacity of 100,000 litres.
This system will last a lifetime of 50 plus years – After which it won’t need replacing entirely – it will still be there to renovate with new parts.
SKT Welfare will train up locals and offer them jobs for maintenance to make sure it keeps running.
