EMERGENCY FAMILY SUPPORT
When families fled South Sudan’s civil war and crossed into Uganda, they left behind not only their homes, but every means of survival. In Rhino Camp and similar settlements, thousands still live without proper shelter, clothing, hygiene products, or basic medicine. For many, even soap or a change of clothes is out of reach.
SKT Welfare’s Emergency Family Support Fund provides a full month of care for one refugee family — including food, hygiene kits, clothing, basic medicines, and cooking essentials. A £250 donation does more than meet needs; it helps families find their footing again in the wake of loss. When so much has been taken, this support offers a chance to feel safe — and human — once more.
Our 100% donation policy means that every penny you donate is used in the delivery of humanitarian projects and directly related costs. Indirect and administrative costs are covered by either direct donations themselves or by using Gift Aid.
