The people of Gaza starving and thousands going without food.

As part of the Muslim Forum at Barclays, 8 colleagues have challenged themselves to walk across all London bridges, from Westminster Bridge and ending at Tower Bridge, to raise funds for SKT Welfare’s campaign to provide hot meals to thousands of children, pregnant women, families and more with your support. The colleagues taking part in this sponsored walk are Arif Islam, Ejaz Uddin, Ibrahim Uzzaman, Sophia Raja, Regina Tetteh, Nazma Begum, Najib Qadir and Sharaz Ansari.

 They are fundraising to be able to:

• Set up a kitchen, which can provide hot meals to 15,000 people, as well as the cooking equipment, pots, stoves, gas lighters and cookers. 
• The kitchen will be setup as soon as SKT Welfare have access and a dedicated video of the kitchen in action will be provided to The Muslim Forum at Barclays to circulate. 
• SKT Welfare will continue to fund the kitchen after the 15,000 meals have been distributed so the equipment used will continue to be a source of sadaqah jariyah.
