My name is Tahira and I am working with SKT Welfare to raise funds for a vital kitchen in Gaza where fresh and nutritious meals will be served daily to people in need.

Gaza is currently facing one of the worst humanitarian crises in recent history. Constant conflict and ongoing blockades have left thousands of families without access to food, clean water or basic medical care. Many have lost their homes, their livelihoods and, tragically, loved ones. For countless people in Gaza, a hot meal is no longer something they can count on.

In response, SKT Welfare launched mobile kitchens in 2024 to provide immediate food relief on the ground. These kitchens are now preparing and distributing between 1,700 and 2,000 freshly cooked meals every single day. The meals are delivered directly to orphans, elderly individuals, displaced families and others in desperate need.

This project offers more than just food. It gives people dignity, comfort and hope during an incredibly difficult time. Many recipients have no other way of accessing cooked meals, and for some, it is the only proper food they eat in a day.

SKT Welfare operates under a 100 percent donation policy. Every penny you give goes directly towards helping those in need, with all administrative costs covered separately through Gift Aid or dedicated supporters. That means your donation will directly fund ingredients, cooking, preparation and delivery of meals in Gaza.
