I’m fundraising with SKT Welfare for a 2 bedroom property for one family on behalf of my late Parents, Sikandar Ali and Alimun Nessa.  As they are no longer with us, I want this cause to benefit our parents as form of sadaqah jariyah for them with support from my family and friends. 

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, ‘When a person dies, his deeds come to an end except for three: Sadaqah Jariyah (a continuous charity), or knowledge from which benefit is gained, or a righteous child who prays for him’. (Muslim

We are living in a safe place and living this comfortable life with our family without fearing for our lifes only because our parents made this possible, they struggled to give us a better life, Alhumdulillah! Which we cannot ever repay them,  so least we can do is help them in their hereafter. 

At times we may feel we are struggling living our life but our pain and suffering is nothing compared to the people of Syria.

Please help us raise the funds to build 2 bedroom property, with a bathroom and kitchen. Which will cost £1250.00.  Improving lives with a clean place to live, helping to fight off death from diseases, protection from the summer heat and harsh winter. Having a safe place to live will give some hope to these vulnerable, helpless brothers and sisters who have lost their homes and cities and living in a very poor condition, in tents, some are disabled, there are children and windows.

Years of war has caused millions to flee their homes in search of safety and left countless people in urgent need of humanitarian aid.

Together we will move the displaced out of make shift tents and in to secure homes in a Safe Haven.

Living in temporary tents and camps mean women and children are even more vulnerable. Without secure walls, doors or roofs, women and children lack the security and privacy to truly live lives with dignity and honour.

SKT are making a village in a safe place in Syria, Each home will have two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom with water. The houses will have a concrete roof. SKT will build 4 villages each with 250 homes, a mosque, a school to cater for each village. Each village will be in close proximity to our SKT hospital. Building a strong community that can thrive.

The Prophet, peace be upon him, said: “Give charity without delay, for it stands in the way of calamity.” (Al-Tirmidhi).

As we are coming to an end of this blessed month of Ramadan, please donate generously, May Allah accept your donation’s,reward you in abundance, May Allah end this hardship on Syria soon, ease their pain and suffering, May he accept all our worship and duas, May Allah accept this good cause, may Allah grant my parents  the benefit of this great cause, may he forgive my parents and grant them the highest rank of Jannah..
