Firstly this is not any single individuals' fundraiser, rather of many, who have a deep concern for the human crisis that is occurring in Yemen. The situation in Yemen is heart breaking, we have all seen photos of a starving young girl, the malnourished grown man, or the thousands queuing for a sip of water and the list can go on. 

The purpose of this fundraiser therefore is not only to gather funds, but to raise awareness as far and wide as possible of this crisis by doing the following: 

1) Record your press-ups

2) Upload it onto social media and call out a friend, family member, work colleague or anyone that you would like to partake in this challenge with you.

3) They will also upload their response press-up video, and the 'loser' [we all win really] will donate the total amount of press-ups performed by both people. [The winner will also donate their press-up amount so we all gain the blessings!]

4) Don't forget to #pressups4yemen

[If anyone can't afford the total amount or even their own press-up amount, then don't let this put you off! Remember we are all trying to raise awareness so your video will help with that, so no matter what make sure you UPLOAD it onto social media, whether you donate or not!]
