This year marks Emerald Network’s 20th anniversary, as a goodwill gesture we will be gifting a limited edition commemorative Palestine Poppy Pin Badge for all who donate to the SKT Orphan Care Appeal - equivalent to £20p/m

 In Islam, caring for orphans holds immense significance, deeply rooted in the teachings of compassion and social justice. As Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) himself was an orphan, hence the significance of the ummah’s responsibility to provide for care, guidance and support to those children who have lost one of both of their parents. 

In Gaza, amidst ongoing war and devastation, the need to support orphans is particularly critical with reports of in excess of 17,000 children in need (source: UNICEF).

These orphan children are facing truly dire circumstances, lacking basic necessities and for their survival and well-being. By donating to the SKT Orphan Care Appeal, we pray their burden is eased and you are rewarded for your generosity and kindness.
