SKT Welfare is a registered charity in England and Wales, committed to delivering humanitarian relief and development assistance to vulnerable and less fortunate communities around the world.
As part of our ongoing programmes and project activities in Pakistan, SKT Welfare works with suitably qualified and experienced suppliers, vendors, contractors, service providers, organisations, and charity partners to support the effective and transparent delivery of our projects.
We invite eligible organisations and service providers to participate in our bidding and procurement opportunities in accordance with the requirements of the relevant projects.

Interested applicants can download the relevant bidding pack / tender documents from this page. Applicants are requested to carefully review the bidding requirements, eligibility criteria, specifications, terms and conditions before submitting their applications or quotations.

Where specified in the relevant bidding pack, applicants may also be required to provide additional supporting documentation, evidence of registration, relevant experience, technical capacity, financial information, licences, certifications, and other documents required for assessment.
Regulatory Compliance
All applicants must be fully compliant with applicable laws, regulations, registration requirements, licensing requirements, and directions of the relevant regulatory authorities in Pakistan.
Applicants are responsible for ensuring that they hold all registrations, licences, approvals, permissions, and certifications necessary to undertake the proposed scope of work.
SKT Welfare may verify the legal, regulatory, technical, financial, and operational credentials of applicants as part of the bidding and selection process.
The bidding process for applicable projects is undertaken with due regard to the requirements of the Pakistan INGO Policy 2015 and other applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
Transparency and Fair Competition
SKT Welfare is committed to conducting its procurement and bidding processes in a transparent, fair, and accountable manner.
Submission of a bid or quotation does not guarantee the award of a contract. SKT Welfare reserves the right to accept or reject any application or quotation, request clarification or additional information, and make decisions in accordance with the applicable bidding requirements and organisational procedures.
Applicants should ensure that all information and documentation submitted is complete, accurate, and valid.

Our 100% Donation Policy means that every penny you donate is used in the delivery of humanitarian projects and directly related costs. Indirect and administrative costs are covered by either direct donations themselves or by using Gift Aid.
