Khalil's Pakistan Deployment | SKT Welfare
Back to Fundraisers

My name is Khalil, and I will be travelling to Pakistan with SKT Welfare, as part of an upcoming deployment, to support vital eye camps on the ground. As part of this mission, I am raising funds to help provide life-changing treatment to those suffering from preventable sight issues.

These eye camps deliver free eye examinations, glasses, medication, and essential sight-saving surgeries to people who otherwise have no access to treatment. For many, restoring their vision requires only a simple procedure, something most of us take for granted.

Here in the UK, if we experience problems with our eyesight, we can easily book an appointment with an optician and receive the care we need. However, for many vulnerable families in Pakistan, even basic eye treatment is not affordable and completely out of reach. This leaves people struggling to see, unable to work, study, or care for their families properly. Something as simple as a pair of glasses or a short procedure can completely transform their quality of life.

Please support me in this incredible cause and help give the gift of sight. Your donation could restore vision, independence, and hope to someone who has been suffering in silence.

In addition to eye camp donation we are also raising funds for food packs separately, that will be distributed to struggling families and offer further assistance where needed. One food pack is £50 and will last one family for one month. If you wish to donate a food pack please contact me directly.

SKT Welfare is an international humanitarian charity dedicated to supporting vulnerable communities worldwide. Their projects include emergency relief, food distribution, water initiatives, orphan support, medical aid, and sustainable development programmes, all focused on delivering practical, life-changing support directly to those who need it most.

SKT Welfare operates a 100% donation policy, meaning every penny donated towards this project goes directly to the beneficiaries. Administrative and overhead costs are covered separately, ensuring your contribution reaches those in need.

This project is Zakat eligible.
