I’m raising funds for SKT Welfare because I really care about the great work they’re doing to alleviate poverty and suffering around the globe.

SKT Welfare takes volunteers to different countries to work with refugees, delivering aid to homes, schools, and orphan care facilities. I am fortunate to be able to experience this opportunity, which allows me to spend time with the beneficiaries and see, first-hand, the real difference that humanitarian aid delivery can make, and understand the challenges faced by our brothers and sisters. 

On this occasion, I will be travelling to Turkey where the first couple of days will be spent packing the parcels, alongside the other team members who will be going with me, and the remaining days will be spent personally delivering them.

Ive always wanted to help make a change where I can and this is my chance. There’s nothing more rewarding than joining one of the Deployment teams. Some people travel to see the difference, but this is my chance to be the difference!
